living-room with a double sofa bed open
to the dining-room. Bathroom with shower/WC/Bidet.
Large kitchen (electric oven) with
access to a sunny yard (sliding door),
where , in the summer, it is possible to
dine or simply read a book: a table,
chairs and a large sunshade are at your
disposal. From the kitchen a wooden
stair goes to the first floor, where
there is a cosy bedroom for three
persons: 1 single bed and a double one.
Sloping ceiling. From the window you
have a view on the yard. Cosy, rustic
furnishing. Satellite TV. Radio. Heating.
Air conditioner. Cot on request. Not
suitable for wheelchairs. Car park. For
shared use: yard, washmachine. Pets are
not allowed. There are no additional
costs payable locally in this property.

owners live in the yard.
